We're seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to join our Enterprise Strategy team as a Director of Enterprise Strategy Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive profitable enterprise growth by exploring new opportunities, driving strategic focus and accountability, and transforming our business. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead multiple project teams on strategy consulting-like engagements to identify and harness enterprise or business unit growth opportunities.

  • Develop new concepts and businesses that meet future needs in the fast-evolving multi-channel retail landscape, leveraging your understanding of retail trends, competitors, and consumers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority to drive business decisions and advance long-term strategic efforts.

  • Coach and develop project team members, including Principals, Leads, and Sr. Analysts, and act as a core member of the Enterprise Strategy Development leadership team.

  • Work closely with the VP, Enterprise Strategy and Growth and Sr. Director, Enterprise Strategy Development to plot future strategic opportunities for company growth.

Requirements:


  • 4-year or advanced degree, with an MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of five years of work experience after graduate school in strategic leadership roles or equivalent of 10+ years of strategic management experience.

  • Prior experience in engagement/project leadership with a top management or innovation consulting firm or in a Fortune 100-level corporate strategy group.

  • Strong conceptual skills, including ability to translate consumer research and observations into actionable opportunities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and leading strategic dialogue for SVP/EVP-level leaders.

  • Ability to take risks, challenge the status quo, and work under ambiguous circumstances.
