Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Enrollment Management team by extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and assessing enrollment data and requests. You will utilize a blend of automation and manual analysis to make informed decisions, ensure compliance with company policies, state laws, and regulations, and provide reporting to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain dealer customer accounts
• Update system profiles and support various products related to onboarding
• Set up product/feature sets for dealers
• Create and maintain dealership profiles within the CAMS
• Update user profiles within the CAMS
• Adhere to all audit/policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with internal, dealer, finance source, and owner contacts
• Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility

Requirements:

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio

Other Essential Requirements:

• Prior experience in Automotive Retail Finance or other related Consumer Finance experience is a plus
