Data Analyst III - Remote - Transforming Healthcare Analytics

As a Data Analyst III, you will play a critical role in the Texas Superior Health Plan Analytics team, driving business operations through advanced analytical support and insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, run, and maintain recurring reports, as well as ad-hoc reports, focusing on clinical care and other areas.
- Provide advanced analytical support for business operations across claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting.
- Extract, load, model, and reconcile large datasets across multiple system platforms and sources.
- Analyze data to determine operational impacts, identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement, and escalate findings to management.
- Develop reports and deliverables for management and ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements.
- Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.
