Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide top-notch customer service via email and live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for quality and detail.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and policies, including herbal and natural products.

  • Utilize various computer applications, including MS Office, BigCommerce, and Zoho, to manage workflow and communicate with customers and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with multiple departments to answer questions, obtain information, and share feedback.

  • Document and communicate any issues or problems that arise during shifts, and escalate concerns to management as needed.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or email/chat-based environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other computer applications.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, and to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of herbal and natural products, or a willingness to learn.
