We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Clinical Network Recruiter I to join our Practitioner Contracting/Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Clinical programs to prospective practitioners, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective practitioners to encourage participation in our Clinical programs


• Meet and exceed monthly recruitment goals for applications received


• Utilize our contact management database to track interactions and stay organized


• Provide exceptional customer service and support to practitioners, addressing their needs and concerns


• Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental objectives and participate in special projects as directed


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a high school diploma required if equivalent experience is considered


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales and/or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry


• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with decision-makers


• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn our contact management database


• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
