As a Client Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary contact for internal and external fundraising inquiries, providing timely and effective support


• Delivering outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation for all donors


• Collaborating with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute engaging donor communications


• Assisting with fundraising and promotional events, providing support in planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution


• Maintaining and updating the donor database, ensuring accuracy and providing internal training as needed


• Supporting the fundraising team with data input, report generation, and data queries to meet deadlines


• Staying up-to-date on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry trends, and incorporating new ideas to enhance our fundraising and outreach efforts
