We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our sales support team, you will play a key role in scheduling and confirming appointments for our field sales representatives, ensuring they have a steady stream of qualified leads to close deals.


Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Completing a comprehensive training program to become an expert on our client's services, marketing strategies, and customer relations

  • Responding to leads promptly and sending tailored follow-ups via email and text to highlight key pain points and build rapport with potential clients

  • Engaging homeowners and decision-makers through phone conversations to understand their needs and gather details on how they heard about our client's services

  • Exploring the homeowner's current energy challenges, listening to their concerns, and conveying confidence in our company's ability to provide a solution

  • Offering flexible appointment times and reconfirming contact information to ensure seamless communication between our team and the field sales team

  • Maintaining detailed notes and updating our CRM to ensure accurate and efficient communication


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A webcam and noise-canceling USB headset

  • A quiet, dedicated home office
