We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Manager to drive growth and partnerships with our mid-market merchants at Extend, a cutting-edge technology company revolutionizing the $100 billion-per-year protection plan industry. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute tailored growth strategies, foster strong relationships with merchants, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver measurable ROI and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute new program launch strategies and ongoing growth optimization plans for a portfolio of mid-market merchants

  • Lead growth and merchant relationship management, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas of opportunity and drive business expansion

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with internal and external executive leadership, presenting key performance metrics and strategic recommendations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Analytics, and Marketing, to support merchant growth and drive adoption of new product features

  • Manage promotional strategy and marketing development budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI

  • Author long-term business plans, thinking strategically about optimization and growth opportunities

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in a dynamic startup environment, owning customer relationships and driving growth

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across all organizational levels

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in project and program management, and a deep understanding of value drivers in revenue share business models

  • Experience collaborating with C-Level executives, both internally and externally, and a talent for breaking down complex problems into actionable plans

  • Familiarity with eCommerce, FinTech, and analytics reporting tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Shopify, SFRA, etc.) is a plus
