As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for owning email execution and orchestrating personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email and other channels such as push and SMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, own, and manage our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and platform integrations
- Develop, deploy, optimize, and execute campaigns and landing pages, including template management, email development, and list building
- Create testing processes to ensure code quality and perform issue management related to projects
- Ensure successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo
- Build and optimize segmentation in support of unique campaign needs and create detailed documentation and SOPs
- Develop and maintain dashboards of key performance and success metrics and assist with closed-loop reporting
- Manage project timelines, perform day-to-day system maintenance, and drive improvements and best practices
- Stay current with data privacy laws and partner with proper channels to ensure compliance
