We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Project & Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our team's efficiency and client satisfaction by expertly managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and fostering clear communication.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct industry research and proactively share relevant trends and news with the team.

  • Review and provide constructive feedback on written content to ensure quality, accuracy, and originality.

  • Provide prompt and professional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Maintain a well-organized system for managing customer inquiries and follow-up tasks.

  • Manage customer refunds and handle chargebacks effectively.

  • Assist in project management by tracking progress and ensuring timely task completion.

  • Identify and escalate project issues or delays to management for timely resolution.

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

  • Design and distribute newsletters using Mailchimp.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

  • Proven customer service experience.

  • Experience with Mailchimp is a plus.

  • Experience with WordPress is a plus.

  • Experience with Asana is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills.
