We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' network infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of their networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot network-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize impact on client operations.


• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other IT infrastructure components.


• Conduct network performance monitoring and analysis to proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.


• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.


• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and expertise.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on network infrastructure and recommending relevant solutions.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen (Federal client requirement)


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant work experience.


• 3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer within a managed services provider or similar environment.


• Strong hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewalls and familiarity with WatchGuard Firebox and Cisco Meraki.


• Intermediate knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS, and QoS.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve network issues efficiently.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Net+, AZ-700) are highly desirable.

Salary Range:

$80,000-$130,000
