We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate International Benefits Partner to join our Global Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing competitive benefits programs that align with Dropbox's business goals, values, and culture. - Manage and administer international benefit plans across the EMEA and APJ regions, including leave of absence administration, disability plans, life insurance, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and compliance.
- Support and learn from the NAMER benefits team to ensure a seamless employee experience across regions.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with brokers, providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth plan operations, project manage renewals, and facilitate updates and changes.
- Cultivate cross-functional partnerships with payroll, HRITS, human resources, and other teams to drive employee experience and operational excellence.
- Focus on employee experience, ensuring benefits and leaves are easily understood and accessible.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes to build operational excellence in benefit administration.
- Develop collaborative relationships with key partners across the organization to understand their objectives and support their goals.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resourcefully.

- Excellent communication skills, with experience communicating effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

- Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in benefits administration.
- Minimum of 6+ years of benefits analyst experience in a tech/SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize employee experience as a product, with proven success applying product management principles to HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in leveraging design thinking methodologies to understand employee needs and drive engagement and retention.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, with a strong preference for candidates with a pre-existing comfort level and familiarity using AI.
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Workday, ServiceNow, and ChatGPT.
- Experience working with a fast-paced global team.
