Remote Business Analyst/Project Coordinator Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and project management expertise.

Job Overview

This is a remote, contract position with a duration of 3+ months, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. As a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to understand business needs and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business, technical, and regulatory requirements


• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)


• Scope and assign tasks to the reporting project team, develop project plans, and manage timelines


• Host and manage cross-functional team meetings, provide regular status reports, and manage risks


• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training materials, and provide post-production support


• Work with the DataBricks team to validate platform capabilities against business requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in rare disease, neurology, immunology, or gastroenterology


• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Qlik, Power BI, DataBricks, and cloud-based solutions


• Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Experience in developing training assets, leading UAT, and supporting post-production efforts


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
