Senior Business Analyst (Remote) - Long-Term Opportunity with Lorven Technologies Inc.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term, remote project. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions. Job Summary:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data architecture, entity relationship diagrams, data mapping, and process flows
- Manage and prioritize project backlogs, working closely with business teams to drive results
- Analyze complex data sets, creating and executing complex SQL queries for data retrieval and transformation
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of existing data architecture and future roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in data architecture, entity relationship diagrams, data mapping, and insurance domain
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a drive for results
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and programming in SQL
- Prior experience in management consulting and/or analytics-based consulting is a plus
- Certification in AWS SageMaker and knowledge of Palantir are desirable
