As a Call Center Agent & Data Entry Specialist, you'll provide exceptional customer service to clients and insurance companies, working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and independence. Responsibilities and Duties
- Make outbound calls to customers on behalf of insurance companies, handling over 100 calls per day
- Log customer information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Receive inbound calls from customers, following the same procedures as outbound calls
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Fluent in English, with bilingual skills being a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently, with a suitable quiet workspace
- Proactive, motivated, outgoing, and prompt, with excellent communication skills
- Residence in Colorado, Texas, Florida, or Illinois is required
