  • Shape CRM Journeys: Lead strategy and execution of HCP CRM campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Elevate Peer-to-Peer Engagements: Build omnichannel pre- and post-event experiences for our P2P strategy.
  • Drive the execution of the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) omnichannel engagement strategy.
  • Empower the Field: Develop and optimize field enablement tools like rep-triggered emails and Connect-a-Rep.
  • Fuel Innovation: Collaborate with the Omnichannel Lead, MCM Lead, and agencies on modular content development.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Partner with Customer Data & Analytics and Campaign Operations to measure campaign performance.
  • Orchestrate Execution: Support Symphony omnichannel campaign operations.
  • Prolia hcp website owner: Manage updates to ProliaHCP.com, ensuring it reflects current strategy.
  • Ensure Compliance: Lead MAC/MLR review of digital assets.
  • HCP budget management: Act as the HCP budget consolidator.
    Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree
  • Or Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
  • Or Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
  • Or Associate’s Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
  • Or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud), email, and HCP-facing digital tools
  • Expertise in digital marketing execution in highly regulated industries
  • Ability to distill data into actionable insights and clearly communicate them to stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience with MAC/MLR review processes and budget tracking/visualization tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
