About the position

    Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Client engagement and coordination.
  • Employee engagement and coordination of schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Send client weekly updates and address concerns.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Oversee office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Utilize Outlook Calendar for scheduling and organizing meetings effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Assist in event planning by coordinating logistics and managing guest lists.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
    Requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in clerical tasks with attention to detail.
  • Experience in office management practices and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook Calendar, Google Suite applications, and DocuSign.
  • Ability to type efficiently with high accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent event planning capabilities with a focus on detail-oriented execution.
