Application Configuration Specialist
Piper Companies is seeking an Application Configuration Specialist to work in a fully remote environment for a company based in RTP, NC. The Application Configuration Specialist will support and manage application systems in a highly regulated environment.
- Responsibilities of the Application Configuration Specialist Include:
- Configure and support application systems through data management, reporting, and system updates
- Maintain system components such as code tables and user-defined fields, support data loads and migrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, configurations, and data processing
- Collaborate with business teams to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Document and track system changes to support process improvements and compliance
- Qualifications of the Application Configuration Specialist Include:
- Strong experience in software configuration and database scripting (SQL, T-SQL)
- Proficient in development tools and languages such as C# and XML
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities; able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Must sit in North Carolina
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Compensation for the Application Configuration Specialist Include:
- Salary Range: $89,000 ā $110,000
- Benefits Package: Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, Sick Leave (as required by law), and Paid Holidays
