Sr. Program Mgr, Alternative Inventory

About the position

Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end execution of eBay's fashion consignment programs - from pilot to scale
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Shipping, Category, Legal, Analytics, and Trust teams to build and launch new capabilities
• Support future expansion of alternative inventory models beyond consignment (e.g., trade-in, vendor-managed inventory, or commerce partnerships)
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and scaling challenges - and lead problem-solving to resolution
• Develop clear and effective program plans, operating models, and performance tracking frameworks
• Communicate program updates, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Ensure all initiatives deliver a best-in-class customer experience rooted in trust, convenience, and sustainability

Requirements
• 6+ years of program or project management experience in commerce, retail operations, supply chain, or related industries
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to execution
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with marketplace platforms, consignment models, or commerce
• Passion for fashion, sustainability, and driving innovation within the circular economy
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience required

Benefits
• Base pay range in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro and Seattle Metro is expected in the range of $140,800 - $188,000
• Base pay range for all other U.S. work locations is expected in the range of $101,200 - $174,100
• Total compensation package may include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units
