Data Entry Processor – Volt Information Sciences
Volt Information Sciences is seeking a Data Entry Processor to join our team in California. This position will involve managing and processing large volumes of data with high attention to detail and efficiency. As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate entry of data into company systems, assisting in various administrative and operational tasks.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data from various sources into company systems.
- Ensure the correctness and completeness of data entered, ensuring no errors or discrepancies.
- Review and verify data entries to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Maintain organized records of entered data, following company policies and guidelines.
- Communicate with internal teams to address data-related concerns or errors.
- Generate reports as needed and assist with data analysis tasks.
- Adhere to all company confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive data.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in data entry or administrative work is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be based in California or willing to work from there remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
