AI legal start up is looking for an experienced Case Manager to join the team.

    Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement intake workflows for various litigation initiatives, from initial outreach and lead qualification to signed engagement and CRM integration.
  • Manage day-to-day intake activities, including lead triage, eligibility screening, client follow-ups, retainer execution, and data integrity.
  • Ensure all intake activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., advertising rules, privacy standards). Maintain clear records and audit trails.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to track funnel performance metrics such as lead conversion, engagement rates, and response times.
  • Train and manage support staff or external vendors. Continuously refine scripts, workflows, and knowledge resources to improve efficiency and client experience.
  • 3+ years of case intake experience in mass tort, personal injury, or consumer class actions.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms
  • Experience managing a team
  • Solid skills in spreadsheet management and basic analytics for reporting and performance tracking.
