Job Title: Data Analyst/Report Writer 3
Duration: 12 months
Location: Austin, TX
- Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex dimensional data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI.
- Create interactive visualizations and compelling data stories for agency-wide solutions.
- Write, test, and deploy Power BI scripts using DAX, M, and Python for deep analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data visualization solutions.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and performance optimization of reports and dashboards.
- Required Qualification:
- 8+ years of experience of Mastery in data analytics, creating complex reports
- 4+ years of experience of Using Power BI creating dashboards and interactive visual reports
- 4+ years of experience of Create, test, and deploy Power BI Scripts (Python,M and DAX) as well as execute efficient deep analysis
- 1+ years of experience of Previous experience working with Texas state agencies
- Preferred Qualification:
- 4+ years of Prior experience in data-related tasks is preferred
- 1+ years of Previous experience with Source Control, Git/BitBucket is preferred
- 1+ years of Previous experience with SAS and its dataset (.sas7bdat) is preferred
- 1+ years of Previous experience with Jira is preferre
- 1+ years of Previous experience with BI tools ( SAP, Tableau) is preferred
