About the position

    Responsibilities
  • Dispatches support services personnel for appropriate department requests and ensures resolution for customer requests, notifying supervision of potential problems when necessary.
  • Performs accurate telephone procedures and maintains proper interactions with all customers, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Monitors all systems to achieve a five-minute response time, prioritizing tasks to ensure patients and customers receive timely services.
  • Enters data using various systems to communicate necessary information to personnel.
  • Adheres to hospital policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as those of regulatory agencies.
  • Uses proper body mechanics while performing duties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
    Requirements
  • Proficiency in the utilization of computer software.
  • High degree of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain working relationships with internal and external departments and customers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Accurate accounting skills when dealing with money.
