- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for facility maintenance and MRO services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in facility maintenance or MRO services.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
- Proficient in data analysis and market research to support sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the retail industry, particularly in home improvement or facility management.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
