The duties of an Operations Clerk include excellent admin skills/customer service manner and/or correspondence in a fast paced trucking/transportation environment.
- Providing admin excellence regarding:
- Data Entry
- Scanning documents
- Filing documents
- Answering Phones
- Dealing with Drivers
- Essential Functions
- Previous data entry experience within the trucking/transportation industry a plus
- Previous customer service experience within the trucking/transportation industry a plus
- High volume data entry from external customers
- High School diploma /GED required
- 1-2 years experience in a trucking/transportation office environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Days/Hours of Work:
- Part-Time
- 9:00am to 2:00pm
