- Description:
- Manage and organize the Executive Director’s email inbox, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding to routine inquiries.
- Maintain and update the organization’s calendar, scheduling events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
- Organize website resources and ensure accurate, accessible information for visitors.
- Handle inquiries related to event dates, resources, and general organizational information.
- Assist in managing invitations and logistics for speaking engagements and conferences.
- Coordinate between email communications and calendar scheduling to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in administrative assistance, executive support, or customer service.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Cultural fluency and understanding of Latin American contexts.
- Experience in a nonprofit, educational, or religious environment is highly preferred.
