Virtual Assistant Wanted – Mental Health Practice | $4/hr | Long-Term | Must Be in PH or US - Contract to Hire
A growing, mission-driven mental health group practice based in the U.S. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join the team. This is a long-term, part-time role starting at 8 hours/week—with opportunity to grow as the business expands.
What You’ll Do
Track hours manually and with Upwork
Answer and return phone calls (using the Line2 app—must have a smartphone and access to the US App Store)
Respond to client emails within 24 hours
Schedule appointments and send intake info
Take notes during meetings with action steps
Maintain a call/email tracker
Respect client confidentiality (HIPAA), use good judgment, and offer thoughtful solutions
Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and care
Be responsive and be eager to offer support
Ideal Candidate
Lives in the Philippines or U.S.
Has VA experience and is looking for long-term work
Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT
Tech-savvy and eager to learn
Excellent English writing and speaking skills
Detail-oriented with a heart for helping others
Available between 10AM–5PM EST
