Minimum of 12 years of related experience, with 6-8+ years in Product Management leadership of Wireless products and platforms.
Proven track record of leading teams in the operational delivery of successful products.
Deep technical understanding of IoT-related network products and SaaS products.
Ability to translate market and customer insights into operational plans.
Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on empowering a high-performing product management team.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
First-hand experience with Lean and Agile development processes.
