About the Role: Join the team as a Remote Insurance Agent Representative.
You ll assist new and existing clients by answering inquiries, helping them select Medicare plans, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience all from the comfort of your home.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve inquiries.
- Handle high-volume inbound calls, providing support and selling Medicare products.
- Help clients choose the most suitable plans based on their needs.
- Maintain confidential records and update call logs for auditing/reporting.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Provide payment support and upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Report feedback on customer experiences and system issues.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or GED required.
- Home state Life & Health Insurance License is mandatory.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Proficient with desktop computers and Windows operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual team environment.
