We are seeking a dedicated Medical Email Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. As a Medical Email Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via email and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email and chat
- Assist customers with medical-related questions and issues
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry preferred
