Role and Responsibilities:
- As a Inventory Replenishment Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining product availability and organization to ensure members have easy access to well-stocked shelves.
- Unload and Organize Inventory: Unload merchandise shipments, organize products in designated storage areas, and handle deliveries with accuracy and care.
- Stock Shelves: Replenish shelves according to planograms, ensuring products are fronted, labeled, and attractively displayed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, apply FIFO (first in, first out) methods, and remove outdated or damaged items promptly.
- Assist Members: Support members by helping them find products and answering basic merchandise-related inquiries.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain clean, safe aisles and storage areas by promptly addressing hazards and reporting safety concerns to management.
- Use Warehouse Equipment: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Support Team Operations: Work in coordination with team members and other departments to achieve stocking goals and meet overall store expectations.
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly (up to 50 lbs or more).
- Stamina to stand, bend, and move continuously in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with reliable organizational habits.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory labeling and tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Prior stocking or retail warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in retail or warehouse environments.
- Understanding of stocking procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
