Healthcare Data Entry Specialist for Salesforce CRM
Overview
First Choice Inc (FCI) is a consortium of staffing and recruiting firms that share a centralized Salesforce/TargetRecruit database. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist to help keep that system clean, accurate, and up to date.
This is a remote, full-time contractor role (1099)—perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working independently. Salesforce experience is a big plus, and if you’re familiar with healthcare specialties and sub-specialties, even better. You’ll be working with data pulled from various sources and ensuring everything is entered correctly, consistently, and securely.

What You’ll Do
- Enter and update candidate information in Salesforce/TargetRecruit
- Pull data from different active sources and verify it—especially NPI numbers
- Make sure all entries are accurate, complete, and easy to find
- Keep everything clean and consistent by following formatting and labeling rules
- Flag anything that looks off or doesn’t match expected standards
- Work closely with our internal team to clarify anything that’s unclear
- Meet regular deadlines for the tasks you’re assigned

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in data entry, admin work, or CRM systems
- Comfortable using Salesforce (TargetRecruit experience is a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail—you notice when something doesn’t line up
- Great at working independently and staying organized
- Solid typing skills and general computer confidence
- Reliable internet and access to your own computer
- Experience working with healthcare providers or understanding medical specialties is a big plus
- Able to spot the difference between general specialties and sub-specialties (like Pediatrics vs Pediatric Neurology)
