Companionship & Care Aide What is Papa?
Papa is a rewarding service that connects compassionate individuals with older adults and families in need of everyday support.
We're looking for patient, caring, and empathetic individuals who can create a positive impact through companionship and assistance.
Papa is perfect for those seeking a part-time, flexible role who genuinely enjoy helping others and aim to positively influence their communities.
No previous caregiving experience is needed; we welcome those passionate about serving and enhancing the lives of seniors.
Visits can include:
- Transportation: Drive Members to appointments, errands, or other destinations.
- Companionship: Have enriching conversations, go for walks, play games, or simply be a friendly presence.
- House Tasks: Help Members with light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and other household needs.
- Errands: Accompany Members on tasks such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and more.
- Assessments: Conduct in-home assessments (training provided) to support Client and Member needs.

- Pay: Earn up to $22/hr, with a base pay of $13-$17/hr plus bonus pay.

Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license issued in the U.S.
- Clean background check with no felonies
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
- Permission to work in the U.S.
- Clean & dependable vehicle (minimum vehicle year: 2008) and valid car insurance (if applying for transportation visits)
