About the Opportunity

KB Tax Devisers CPA is expanding and looking for a skilled Account Executive to close premium tax strategy and advisory engagements for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

In this role, you’ll be speaking with inbound, pre-qualified prospects who are actively seeking help optimizing their tax strategy. Deal sizes typically range from $15K to $30K+, and your role is to guide them through a thoughtful, informed decision—not a high-pressure pitch.

This is a consultative sales environment where trust, clarity, and strong discovery matter more than speed.

  • Competitive draw + uncapped commissions
  • Typical earnings: $90,000–$145,000+ annually

    Key Responsibilities
  • Run 3–4 discovery calls daily via phone and Zoom
  • Diagnose client challenges related to taxes, cash flow, and financial structure
  • Present tailored advisory solutions based on each client’s situation
  • Manage longer-term follow-ups (30–90 days) with consistency and strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in HubSpot CRM
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
  • Consistently hit performance benchmarks (booking targets, close rate, etc.)

Ramp-Up Timeline

Weeks 1–2: Training on services, systems, pricing, and ideal client profiles
Weeks 3–4: Begin handling calls with coaching support
Month 2: Manage your own pipeline and improve close rates
Month 3: Fully independent closer with consistent performance

    What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of high-ticket sales experience ($3K+ deals)
  • Background in B2B or financial-related sales is a strong plus
  • Ability to quickly build trust with business owners
  • Strong objection-handling skills (clear, direct communication)
  • Comfortable managing longer sales cycles without losing momentum
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Reliable remote work setup and availability during business hours
    This Role May Not Be Ideal If:
  • You prefer fast, transactional sales environments
  • You’re uncomfortable discussing financial topics in depth
  • You cannot clearly speak to your past sales performance metrics
