Account Manager – Paid Media / PPC / Amazon / Google / Microsoft / Meta / Advertising
We are looking for an Account Manager to join a global eCommerce service provider, offering remote working from Seattle
You are an experienced Account Manager that will be managing key client relationships, driving e-commerce performance (primarily on Amazon), & executing strategic advertising & marketing initiatives
- As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the primary client contact, aligning internal resources to meet their strategic goals.
- Build & nurture strong, lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction & retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects & campaigns efficiently.
- Provide regular updates & performance insights through detailed reports & reviews.
- Identify opportunities for growth within accounts & assist in securing new business.
- Manage & optimize ad & marketing strategies on platforms like Amazon & Google.
- Apply data tools & methodologies (e.g., AMC, VoC) to improve campaign outcomes.
- Monitor ROAS & other KPIs, generating actionable insights for improvement.
- Lead quarterly & annual client performance reviews.
- As an Account Manager your skills will include:
- 2+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, especially on Amazon or Google.
- Agency experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon operations & ability to solve client challenges independently.
- Proven background in digital marketing & paid media within the e-commerce space.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities & multitasking skills in fast-paced settings.
- Detail-oriented with sound analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented, but also able to work independently.
