Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with an interest in managing financial transactions? We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis! In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payments to vendors and partners, as well as assisting in maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and payments using QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
• Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal team to address payment concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work independently with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of prior experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Payroll experience a plus
