Accounts Receivable Clerk/Customer Service
About the position
- Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the sales team in invoicing orders accurately.
- Accurately bill and deliver invoices, following up on past due accounts to receive payment.
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information, processing payments, and managing billing inquiries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of CRM & Inventory systems.
- Proficiency in data entry and 10-key typing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions.
- Ability to have direct conversations; giving and taking feedback.
