Our client is currently seeking a Advanced Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst with a proven track record of leveraging diverse data sources to identify, analyze, and visualize trends that address high-impact business challenges. This role involves working within a cross-functional team of technical stakeholders and contributing to the full project lifecycle-from problem definition to dashboard creation for insight sharing.

    Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand organizational goals and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
  • Define and visualize key metrics to support problem framing and track project/workstream success.
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards for regular reporting and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and trust throughout the project lifecycle.
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Airflow for query development and data pipeline creation.
  • Solid understanding of experimental design, statistical analysis (e.g., regression, chi-square), and causal inference.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships at all organizational levels.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Trust & Safety analytics, including familiarity with machine learning models and domain-specific metrics.
  • Proficiency with big data tools and languages such as Hive, Python, or R.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
