AI Architect Needed for Agentic AI Development
1. Evaluate our specific business needs and recommend the right tech stack (OpenClaw, Claude Cowork, or custom frameworks) to build a robust agentic workflow.
2. Build & Configure: Develop multiple specialized agents that can handle complex, specialized tasks. You will set the behavioral guardrails, "personality" traits, and operational boundaries.
3. Iterate & Test: You will lead several rounds of trial-and-error to ensure the agents are reliable and accurate.
4. Coach & Transfer Knowledge: You will train me and my team on how to "speak" to these agents, how to re-configure them as our needs change, and how to monitor their performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
Deep Technical Fluency: You know the difference between a simple RAG and a true Agentic Workflow. You’ve worked with tool-calling, setting up the like of OpenClaw and complex chaining.
Extreme Patience: Specialized training takes time. You are comfortable with iterative testing and don’t get frustrated when we have to go back to the drawing board to fix a boundary issue.
During the interview we would expect you to perform on spot demo/showing. Being hands and deliver right on spot is critical to be successfully hired.
