Role Summary
The AI Factory Builder will break apart real consulting workflows, identify leverage points for automation or augmentation, and build AI-powered solutions, including Claude Code-based agents and other GenAI tools. Success is measured by shipped assets, adoption, and measurable delivery impact.
Required Profile Characteristics
Demonstrated Builders
Tangible examples of shipped AI-enabled tools
End-to-end ownership (problem build deploy iterate)
Evidence of adoption or measurable impact
Applied GenAI Experience
Hands-on experience with Claude / Markdown-based development
Experience building agents, workflows, or automation tools
Comfort experimenting with emerging AI tooling
Product + Execution Hybrid
Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into concrete builds
Comfort operating without rigid requirements
Bias toward experimentation over documentation
