Remote | Full-Time | Content / SEO

We are not hiring a content writer.

We are hiring someone who can take AI-generated content and turn it into something a real human would trust, read, and act on.

If you cannot consistently spot weak logic, robotic phrasing, SEO manipulation, or factual risk in AI content—this role is not for you.

What you will actually own:

You will be the final quality gate between AI output and publish-ready content.

Your job is to ensure everything that goes live is:
  • Clear, credible, and human
  • Structurally optimized for SEO and answer engines
  • Locally relevant where required
  • Free from fluff, duplication, and AI artifacts
    You will work across:
  • Blog content
  • Service pages
  • Location/city pages
  • Landing pages
What Success Looks Like (Non Negotiable):
  • AI-generated drafts are transformed into high-quality, natural, conversion-ready content
  • Content consistently ranks, answers queries clearly, and performs in featured snippets / AI overviews
  • Near-zero tolerance for:
  • AI hallucinations
  • Repetition and filler
  • Generic or templated location content
  • Clean editorial workflows with minimal back-and-forth revisions
  • Measurable improvement in:
  • Readability
  • Engagement
  • SEO structure and performance
  • Core Resoonsibilities:
  • Heavily edit and refine AI-generated and human-written content for clarity, structure, tone, and accuracy
  • Remove robotic phrasing and enforce a natural, human voice without losing intent
  • Apply on-page SEO and AEO best practices (headings, internal links, keyword balance, structured answers, FAQs)
  • Optimize content for featured snippets, AI search results, and voice search
  • Fact-check critical claims and flag unsupported or risky content
  • Identify and fix AI-specific issues (hallucinations, redundancy, generic outputs)
  • Ensure originality and eliminate duplication—especially across location-based pages
  • Run a structured QA process (tracked changes, comments, clean handoffs)
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align with search intent and strategy
  • Contribute to improving internal systems:
  • Editing frameworks
  • AI prompts
  • Style guides
  • QA checklists
  • Track quality issues and suggest process improvements (not just execute tasks)
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years in content editing, editorial QA, or SEO content (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong editorial judgment—you don't just fix grammar, you improve thinking
  • Proven ability to work with AI-generated content critically (not blindly accept outputs)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • On-page SEO
  • Content structure
  • Search intent
  • Comfortable working in:
  • Google Docs / Word (tracked edits)
  • CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Detail-obsessed with the ability to manage volume without dropping standards
  • Able to give direct, actionable feedback and push back when content is weak
    Nice to have:
  • Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics / Search Console
  • Experience improving AI prompts or content systems

Serving A Mission Greater Than Us

Like many successful companies, we at Advanced Digital Media Services believe in giving back to the community. The organization started when the CEO met her wife, who graduated from the Sisters of Mary School, and if it weren't for her attending the school, they would not have met.

The Sisters of Mary take on a yearly mission to help those in need—traveling far and wide, they seek out the most disadvantaged children and use interviews and testing to determine who would benefit from access to their educational programs. The children reside on campus the entire school year while being provided a high-quality education and vocational courses that will serve as a bridge of opportunity to the children in need. No one at the Sisters of Mary School earns a salary. The work is all done voluntarily by the nuns. That is why we are helping them maintain their selfless act through donations from the company's earnings.
