AI is changing how companies make decisions.
Digital assets are changing how value moves.
The interesting work is happening where those two shifts meet.
BleedTek helps companies use applied AI and advanced technology to solve real business problems — not just experiment with tools for the sake of experimentation. We are hiring an
Applied AI Consultant, Digital Assets & Payments
to help clients think through how AI-enabled workflows, digital asset infrastructure, payments, and trust-sensitive systems can work together in practical, commercially useful ways.
This role is for someone who can speak both languages:
the language of AI-driven automation, insight, and operating leverage — and the language of wallets, settlement, custody models, payments infrastructure, and user trust.
It is not a generic AI role.
It is not a crypto hype role.
It sits between strategy, solution design, and advisory.
Why this role matters
Most organizations are trying to understand two complex transitions at once.
They want to know how AI can improve operations, decision-making, research, risk analysis, customer workflows, and internal productivity.
At the same time, they are watching digital assets, stablecoins, wallet infrastructure, and new payment rails move from speculation into practical business conversations.
The hard part is not describing the technology.
The hard part is knowing where it is actually useful, where it introduces risk, and how to design workflows that people trust enough to use.
That is where you come in.
What you’ll work on
- You will help BleedTek shape client-facing strategy, solution concepts, and advisory work across applied AI, digital assets, and payments.Your work may include
- identifying where AI can improve digital asset, payments, treasury, research, compliance, or customer-facing workflows
- helping clients evaluate practical use cases for AI-enabled automation, market intelligence, transaction monitoring, workflow orchestration, or operational decision support
- translating complex topics like wallets, custody models, stablecoins, settlement, and trust-sensitive payment flows into clear business recommendations
- partnering with technical and strategy teams to shape solution narratives, discovery materials, client proposals, and implementation roadmaps
- analyzing adoption barriers across AI and digital asset products, especially where trust, control, security perception, or operational risk matter
- helping clients distinguish useful infrastructure from trend-driven noise
- building strategic briefs, use-case maps, workflow recommendations, and executive-facing materials
- contributing to BleedTek’s point of view on how AI can support the next generation of financial and digital asset infrastructure
What makes this role different A lot of AI consulting roles stop at automation.
A lot of crypto roles stop at market narratives.
This role requires more range.
- You should be able to think about questions like:
- Where can AI reduce friction in payments or treasury workflows?
- What kinds of digital asset workflows should not be automated?
- How do custody models affect product design, trust, and operational control?
- Where can AI help detect risk, improve decision-making, or summarize market signals?
- What does a user or business need to trust before adopting a new wallet, payment, or asset movement workflow?
- The right person will be curious, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in the grey area between emerging technology and real business adoption. You may be a fit if you bring
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, product strategy, fintech, payments, digital assets, AI transformation, or a related field
- working knowledge of applied AI use cases such as workflow automation, research acceleration, decision support, customer operations, risk analysis, or data-driven insights
- familiarity with digital assets, payments, stablecoins, wallet environments, or custody models
- strong ability to translate technical ideas into clear business language
- experience creating client-facing or executive-facing materials such as proposals, strategy decks, solution briefs, market maps, or implementation roadmaps
- comfort working across business, technical, and strategic stakeholders
- clear judgment about what is commercially useful versus what is just technologically interesting
- Especially valuableWe’d be especially interested in candidates who have worked around:
- AI-enabled workflow automation
