AI Voice Over Specialist - Youtube and Social Media Post focus

We’re building a fast-growing faceless YouTube channel focused on influencer psychology, internet culture, and the darker side of clout chasing.

We need an AI voiceover expert to take finalized scripts and turn them into flawless, human-sounding narrations. You’ll also be expected to review scripts before recording and flag any pacing, clarity, or tone issues to ensure they sound perfect when read aloud.

Your Responsibilities:

Review provided scripts and identify any sections that may sound awkward or unnatural when spoken

Convert scripts (10–15 min videos) into natural, dynamic voiceovers using AI tools

Ensure pacing, inflection, and emphasis match the dramatic and engaging storytelling style

Deliver high-quality audio files free from glitches, robotic tones, or awkward pauses

Provide minor adjustments if needed after review to perfect tone and clarity

Collaborate with the editor to ensure audio integrates smoothly with visuals

Requirements:

Proven experience with AI voiceover tools (preferably ElevenLabs)

Strong ear for pacing, emotion, and performance

Ability to make AI voices sound convincingly human and engaging

Skilled at catching script issues before recording and suggesting fixes

Reliable communication and attention to detail

Bonus Skills:

Experience working with documentary or commentary-style YouTube channels

Familiarity with audio mastering and noise reduction

Ongoing Work:

This is for 2 videos per week to start, with potential for more as the channel scales.
