Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all ORMD spill-related activities, including clean-up, inventory reconciliation, and waste management
- Conduct research, audits, and cycle counts to identify trends and reduce inventory losses
- Develop and implement data collection processes and data management systems to track inventory and waste management metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including local leadership and retail teams, to present data and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with RCRA, DOT, and OSHA regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of inventory control and systems in an automated Fulfillment Center
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and with multiple teams
- Detail-oriented, with a drive to solve problems and demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
- Technical skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with an understanding of Lean principles and regulatory requirements (DOT, RCRA, and OSHA)
