AppFolio Property Management Expert – SOP + MO/OH Operations Consultant

We are hiring a senior property management consultant who knows AppFolio inside and out.

We manage properties in:

St. Louis, MO

Cleveland, OH

We need an experienced operator (not a beginner) to help us:

• Audit and optimize our AppFolio setup

• Create clear, professional SOPs for leasing, rent collection, maintenance, bookkeeping, and evictions

• Improve delinquency tracking and reporting

• Ensure Missouri and Ohio compliance (especially eviction workflows)

• Streamline operations and increase efficiency

This is a systems-building and strategy role — not day-to-day property management.

You Must Have:

✔ 5+ years property management experience

✔ 3+ years using AppFolio daily

✔ Experience managing 100+ units preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of MO and/or OH landlord-tenant processes

✔ Experience building SOPs and operational systems

✔ Strong understanding of evictions and compliance
