Miracle Home Care is currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will perform evaluations for clients, in their homes.

Duties/Responsibilities: · Follows physician’s orders for medications, treatments, and medical services.

· Keeps accurate records of patients’ conditions and reports to physician periodically concerning adverse developments in a patient’s response to treatment.

· Provides prompt emergency treatment, including a 911 call if outside emergency services are necessary.

· Educates patient and family on the importance of maintaining proper diet and health habits.

· May supervise diet and cook special meals depending on patient’s needs.

· Maintains medical equipment and arranges for medical supplies and drugs.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Good verbal and written skills to communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other health professionals.

· Patience and empathy when dealing with patients who may be disagreeable and demanding.

· Emergency response capabilities in crisis situations.

Education and Experience:
· Registered nurse with current state licensure.

Physical Requirements:
· Sufficient physical strength to move patients.
Sufficient vision and hearing ability to observe and communicate with patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
