Overview:As a Travel Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients and employees. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with a passion for travel, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities:
 Travel Arrangement:
 Assist in booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other transportation arrangements for clients and employees
 Research and recommend travel options that align with budget and preferences
 Ensure all travel documents and itineraries are accurate and up-to-date
 Customer Service:
 Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally
 Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all clients and employees
 Itinerary Management:
 Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and activity bookings
 Coordinate with various vendors and service providers to secure all necessary travel components
 Prepare quotes, itineraries and invoices related to travel expenses for clientÂs to review and agree to
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 Excellent communication and customer service skills
 Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
