Appointment Setter, Construction & Home Improvement
- Job Description:
- Conduct 160–250 outbound calls daily to homeowners in English-speaking markets
- Follow approved scripts to introduce services and engage potential clients
- Qualify warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed call records in CRM systems
- Track and manage lead pipelines to ensure consistent follow-up
- Re-engage older lead databases to uncover new opportunities
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, rehashes, and rebooking efforts
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to support lead conversion
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, warm calling, customer service, or appointment setting
- Experience supporting construction, home improvement, or service-based businesses is an advantage
- Ability to make 160–250 outbound calls per day consistently
- Experience using CRM systems and multiple communication platforms
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with a clear phone presence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time
