Appointment Setter for U.S. Marketing Agency | Commission-Based | High Volume + High Earnings - Contract to Hire

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency looking for a fluent English-speaking Appointment Setter to join our remote team.

Your role will be to speak with inbound leads, qualify them, ensure they are a good fit and ready to proceed, introduce our company and services, and schedule appointments directly into the calendar of our sales team.

Your Responsibilities:

Call warm leads (no cold calling)

Qualify prospects using our provided scripts and criteria

Clearly and professionally introduce our agency and services

Schedule sales calls in our calendar

Follow up with leads when necessary

Maintain clear records of interactions and outcomes

Requirements:

Perfect spoken English – no heavy accent

Comfortable speaking on the phone

Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus

Professional, energetic, and persuasive communicator

Available to make phone calls during U.S. business hours

Compensation:

Commission-based pay only
