Teach courses in their respective department at the University of Cincinnati, utilizing effective and innovative teaching methods to engage and challenge students.

Conduct cutting-edge research and contribute to the academic community through publications, presentations, and collaborations.

Mentor and advise students, helping them to develop their academic and professional goals.

Participate in departmental and university committees, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall goals and initiatives of the institution.

Stay current with developments in their field and incorporate new knowledge and techniques into their teaching and research.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Collaborate with colleagues within and outside of their department to develop interdisciplinary courses and research projects.

Serve as a role model and leader for students, faculty, and staff, promoting the values of the University of Cincinnati.

Engage in community outreach and service activities, representing the university and contributing to its impact and reputation.
